DISCOVER JESUS

For God so loved the world that He gave His Son. So whoever believes in Him will have eternal life.
John 3:16

Jesus: Saviour Of The World.

John 3:16 conveys that God loves the world immensely, leading Him to give His Son so that anyone who places their faith in Him can attain eternal life.

Jesus serves as the tangible representation of the unseen God. According to the Bible, He is the way, the truth, and the life. As a church community, our goal is to strengthen our relationship with Jesus and emulate His character.

We choose to follow Jesus because He is the ultimate source of life, peace, and purpose. The Christian journey involves understanding who Jesus is and spreading His truth and love to those around us.

If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.
Romans 10:9-10 NIV

How Do We Follow Jesus?

We believe that Jesus is God’s Son, fully God and fully human. The Son chose to become man, to live among us and experience life as we do, who are created in the image of God. He lived a sinless life, and by willingly dying on the cross, He took on the sin of all humanity, both those who had lived before and those who would come after. We believe that Jesus rose from the grave, and  hat all who believe, confess, and repent can live in His resurrection power.

To confess means to acknowledge our sins, recognizing the ways we have failed even our own conscience. God is faithful and just to forgive us of all our sins. While we may still experience some consequences of our actions even after receiving forgiveness, we are no longer condemned because we are in Jesus Christ.

To repent means to turn away from sin, through the daily renewal of our minds by engaging with the Bible and through the power of God’s Holy Spirit

Saved Through Grace By Faith

Grace is God’s undeserved favour, so we don’t get what we deserve.

Faith is the decision we make to say, “Yes, I believe, confess, and repent.” This is so that no one can boast. It is by God’s grace and faith in Jesus that we are saved, not by our good works.

Our good works are a result of being saved by faith, and we want to reveal God’s grace to all.

The Salvation Prayer

If you’re ready to step into your faith journey and accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord & Saviour, pray the prayer below.

This prayer is not about saying the “perfect” words — it’s about being honest with Him. This moment is simply you opening your heart to God, admitting your need for Him, believing in what Jesus has done for you, and choosing to follow Him from here on out.

A Prayer Of Salvation

Dear Heavenly Father,
I come to You knowing I need Your forgiveness and grace.
I believe that Jesus is Your Son — that He died for my sin and rose again to bring me new life.
Today, I accept what He’s done for me, and I choose to follow Him as the Lord of my life.
Thank You for forgiving me, for making me new, and for calling me Your child.
From this moment on, my life belongs to You.
Amen.
